Cashew Chicken Fried Rice

Serves – 4

Ingredients:

1. Chicken Breasts – 2 (cut into cubes)

4. Red Bell Pepper – 1 crater (diced)

5. Fresh Pineapple – 1½ crater (diced)

6. Green Onions – 6 (finely chopped)

7. Rice – 2½ cups (use white or brownish-red rice)

8. Eggs – 2

9. Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp

10. White Pepper – 1 tsp

11. Green Peas – ½ cup

12. Ginger – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

13. Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

14. Lime Juice – 1 tbsp

15. Cilantro Leaves – ¼th crater (finely chopped)

16. Salt – According to taste

17. Sugar – A pinch

Procedure:

1. Take a play and place duck cubes in it. Pour soy salsa and white peppers and marinate it. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
