Dabeli: The Special Indian Burger

1. Dabeli Masala – 1½ tbsp
2. Sweet Chutney – 2 tbsp
3. Oil – 1 tbsp
4. Potatoes – 1¼ crater (boiled, peeled and mashed)
5. Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
6. Coconut – 2 tbsp (finely grated)
7. Salt to taste
8. Pomegranate – 2 tbsp
9. Dabeli Pav – 4
10. Masala Peanuts – 4 tsp
11. Garlic Chutney – 4 tsp
12. Onions – 4 tsp (finely chopped)
13. Sweet Chutney – 2 tbsp
14. Nylon Sev – 4 tsp
15. Butter – 2 tbsp (for cooking)
1. Take a play and supplement a dabeli masala and honeyed chutney into it. Mix well. If we find it removing too gummy and dry, supplement H2O into it to make it a small runny.
