Mashed Greens, Mashed Spinach, Mashed Palak, Mashed Chowli


  • Chowli (Ari keerai) – 1 garland (cleaned and washed)
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder

For Tempering

  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Rice – 1 tsp
  • Red chili – 1
