Spicy Prawn Fry Recipe
While it comes to seafood, prawns are hugely renouned in many
households. There are millions of recipes we can try with prawn.
And as it takes small time to get cooked, people adore to prepare
interesting recipes with it.
From curries to fry, prawns do supplement a good piquancy to a taste.
Another engaging thing about prawn is that it is done in
different styles in opposite tools of a country. The ‘Bengali
Chingri (Prawn) Maliakari’ is totally opposite from a Goan
counterpart called a ‘Goan Prawn Curry’.
So, if we wish something sharp and crispy to make with prawn,
you can try your hands during scheming this sharp prawn curry. It goes
well as a starter for your residence celebration or we can have it during
the dusk with tea or coffee.
So, here are a mixture that are compulsory and a procedure
to prepared this extraordinary snack.
Serves – 6
Preparation Time – 20 minutes
Cooking Time – 20 minutes
Prawn/shrimp – 600 g (cleaned and deveined)
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 5 tbsp
Coriander Seeds Powder – 1½ tbsp
Salt as per taste
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1½ tbsp
Onions – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Curry Leaves – 7-8
Water – ½ cup
Take a play and supplement prawns, salt, red chilli powder, coriander
seeds powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Marinate all
the mixture good and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Take a frying vessel and feverishness some oil in it. Add onions and fry
those to make them golden brown.
Now, supplement a cooking prawns and sauté well. Don’t forget to
add a curry leaves.
Add a small volume of H2O and cover a lid of a vessel and
let it be baked for 5-8 minutes.
Later, mislay a lid and again stir a prawns well, so that
they get boiled thoroughly. You can supplement a bit of oil if we consider it
is removing too dry.
The sharp prawn grill is prepared to be served. Add lemon extract and
some chopped coriander leaves and offer it hot.
